Tini Tinou. In Cambodian it means ‘Here and there’. Between 2004 and 2010 it was an international circus festival held alternately in Battambang and Phnom Penh.
It has been decided to revive it again this year. Phare Ponleu Selpak, Phare Performing Social Enterprise and the National Circus School of Phnom Penh are pleased to announce:
TINI TINOU 2014 IS COMING TO PHNOM PENH!
