INVITE A FAMILY TO PHARE CIRCUS
Purchase tickets for a local family to experience Phare. Funds collected are used to buy show tickets for local families at no cost to them. Your support puts smiles on faces, covers the cost to keep the circus open, and provides jobs to the artists and staff.

Brightness of the Arts
Your contribution to the “Invite a family” campaign helps support Phare Ponleu Selpak non-profit school. The name translates to ‘brightness of the arts’. The school in Battambang and the circus in Siem Reap serve as beacons of light and hope. The school helps young Cambodians transform their lives through art. The circus in Siem Reap provides good jobs for brighter futures.
COVID nearly extinguished these beacons of light, but Cambodian grit, determination and resilience kept the lights on. Tourism has resumed and high-season has been better than ever.
During low season, April – October, there is an opportunity to share the Phare Circus experience with locals. There are many non-profits, schools, organizations and local hospitality workers who we try to extend special offers when space is available. However, we still have to cover our costs and support the school. “Invite a Family” makes that possible. Supporters can make donations that are used to buy tickets for local Khmer who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford the experience. It’s a way to support the circus and school while also providing invitations to local families.
“Phare Circus Rising weekend program” is a beacon of hope for us all, artists, staff and Siem Reap community. We have been severely impacted by sudden disappearance of international tourism. Phare is a shining example that inspires dreams, positivity and resilience within us.
